Heiley Group began its journey in 2017 with a simple dream—to build more than just structures. With
the launch of Heiley Spaces, our construction and real estate arm, we took our first step toward
creating spaces that carry meaning, value, and purpose. From our first project at Zoot Infopark, to
landmark developments like Greenacres Villas, we’ve stayed true to one promise: build with heart,
deliver with integrity.
As our vision grew, so did our mission. With Heiley Offices, we began crafting intelligent workspaces
that empower entrepreneurs and businesses to thrive. Under Office360 and Office Park, we’ve built
coworking hubs that are now home to 1000+ clients across Kerala.
Then came Heiley Stays—our answer to meaningful hospitality. With trusted brands like Lumio, we
now manage hotels and serviced apartments that deliver comfort, consistency, and care.
From one vertical to three, from one dream to many—we’re still growing, still building, and still
holding on to the belief that the best spaces are those built not just with cement and steel, but with
vision, trust, and love.
